MAIYEGUN COLLEGE is a charitable trust which proprietorship is vested in MAIYEGUN ABUDU FOUNDATION LTD/GTE; an incorporated charitable company limited by guarantee.  It will be administered by a Board of Governors and supported by Visitors to the institution.

 

The College is a "not-for-profit" private secondary school for boys and girls between the ages of 10/11 and 17/18.
